There is growing evidence that systematic approaches do work, especially when they include improving awareness of the benefits of healthy lifestyle, enhancing motivation to form and maintain positive habits, building the skills necessary to perform new behaviors and creating opportunities that make the healthy choice the easiest choice. But what do we know about the relative importance of each of these four elements, or even the most effective approaches within them? Very little. This conference will explore both of these questions.
